Mission Viejo is a suburb of Aurora, Colorado, in the Denver-Aurora Metropolitan Area, which is part of the Denver-Aurora Metropolitan Area. It borders Buckley Road to the east, Hampden Avenue to the north, Chambers Road to the west, and Quincy Avenue to the south. A Cherry Creek Schools elementary school, parks, a public library branch, and homes of various styles can all be found in the subdivision. At the center of the subdivision lies a circular drive formed by Mission Parkway, Alicia Parkway, and Mission Viejo Park. A large part of Mission Viejo Park is devoted to walkways, picnic areas, ball fields, and a large area for family gatherings and community events. Residents often walk their dogs along Tollgate Creek, which runs along the park’s west edge. There are at least three covenant-controlled communities within Mission Viejo: Mission Viejo (houses), Seville Townhomes (condos in the northern area), and Cherry Glen (condos in the southern area).
