Report: Home sales decline nationally and in Colorado

Home sales have declined for four consecutive months both nationally and in Colorado, according to RealtyTrac, a company that collects and tracks real estate data nationwide.
The total number of home sales closed in Colorado in February dropped to 126,597 from 126,858 the month before. Total sales were 127,825 in January and 128,074 in November.
